We empower independent seniors like you to live safely at home rather than receive care in a nursing home. We’ll work with you to design a personalized healthcare plan tailored to your needs. Our team of healthcare professionals will support you and respond around the clock, giving you a single point of contact for all your care. We provide care in our centers and in your home. You’ll receive an internetconnected computer tablet to perform tele-health medical visits, play games and socialize with caregivers. Our service includes :
